A licensed residential builder, Don’s passion for home renovation projects has allowed him to double the size of his home over the last 15 years with various additions, and his nickname of ‘Dean’ is so strongly entrenched, that even certain family members don’t even know his real name!

With over 25 years of experience in the Construction/Architectural/Engineering field, Don is extremely knowledgeable in building mechanical systems engineering, cost estimating and management. His experience spans markets, and includes healthcare, educational, commercial, government and airports. His past involvement with energy reduction projects, and interest in value engineering, green mechanical systems, and energy modeling makes him a value member to any project team. Don is also an Associate Value Specialist (AVS) through S.A.V.E. International, and is dedicated to decreasing costs, increasing profits, and improving performance and quality. Education
